Printer ink shouldn't cost more per millilitre than vintage champagne. We started Ink 365 because we were tired of watching people pay eye-watering prices for something as everyday as printing a boarding pass or a child's homework. So we built a simpler, fairer alternative — quality cartridges, honest prices, and no games.

Who we are

Ink 365 is the online store of Eason Bros Ltd (company no. 11717318), based at Trent Business Park in Lichfield, Staffordshire. We're a UK company run by real people — not a faceless marketplace listing — and everything we sell is dispatched and supported from here in the West Midlands.

What we do

We supply printer ink and toner for more than 30 brands, including HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Lexmark, Kyocera, OKI and many more. Whatever you print with, there's a good chance we've got the cartridge for it.

You'll find three types of cartridge on our shelves:

  • Original — genuine cartridges made by the printer manufacturer.
  • Remanufactured — original empty cartridges professionally cleaned, refilled and quality-tested for a second life. Better for your wallet and the planet.
  • Compatible — brand-new cartridges built to the same specifications as the original, at a fraction of the price.

Every product is clearly labelled so you always know exactly what you're buying.

"Fair-price" isn't a slogan we picked at random — it's the whole reason we exist. We keep our margins sensible and our prices honest, so you get genuine value without hunting for a discount code. All prices on our site include VAT, with no surprises at the checkout.

Quality you can trust

We stand behind everything we sell:

  • 24-month guarantee against manufacturing defects on every cartridge.
  • Printer protection guarantee — our compatible and remanufactured cartridges are made to the correct specifications and, used correctly, won't damage your printer. In the unlikely event that one does, we'll put it right.
  • Your warranty, protected — under UK consumer law, using a third-party cartridge won't invalidate your printer's warranty, and if one of ours ever causes a problem, our printer protection guarantee has you covered.

If something isn't right, tell us — a refund or replacement is only an email away.

Fast, free delivery

We offer free next-day delivery on orders over £30 (order before 2pm on a working day, UK mainland). Orders under £30 ship for a flat £3. Full details are on our Delivery Policy page.
